Shipping Policy

Enchanted Sweets Candy Co ships all packages through UPS or USPS. Tracking information will be added to your order once your package(s) have shipped. Once we have shipped your order, we are not responsible for transit times or damage to your package. If your package (box) arrives damaged, it will be your responsibility to contact us with details information and photos. Please contact us about damaged or missing items so we can help replace these items!
